「Perfect」

「The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent. The parking is expensive, $40 a night. And the room that they put our family in was in the basement! I didn't know that hotels had basements. It was a shocking experience. The window opened to the parking garage. Beware.」

「Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and shower was amazing. I really loved the nespresso machine in the room. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The only negative would be that there is not a small store area just incase you forgot something or wanted a cold water or drink. Overall a truly great hotel in Grand Rapids.」

「Clean room and helpful staff.」

「$72 for parking????」

「Excellent room, the only problem was it wasn't ready until 6pm and check in was at 4 so after traveling all day we had to sit in the lobby with all of our stuff and wait for the room to be ready. Definitely not the experience I expected.」

「This is a new hotel and everything was wonderful.」

「We really enjoyed our stay the Breakfast was amazing and the costumer service was perfect and friendly」
