「This property is even better/more spacious in person than the listing! Bedrooms were large, outside area was perfect for BBQ dinners and lounging by the pool, Kitchen was well stocked for cooking plating and serving meals. Sheila was amazing as a host, if we had any questions I could text her and get a response within the hour and the weekly cleaning service was such a lovely bonus for us and for refreshing towels and sheets. 「My family of 4 (two little ones of 5 and 2) spent 5 nights at the end of the summer at the property. Had a great time using the pool and the tennis courts (racquets included!) as well as exploring the area. Only a short drive from downtown EH as well as easy to get to places further east or up to Sag Habor. House was clean with a fun and open communal area on the ground floor. We grilled most nights when we didn’t go out and just a fantastic time getting out of NYC for a few nights. Overall...

「The house was great, loved the location and it was well-maintained and well-appointed. My group had a great stay. Just a couple things to keep in mind as you are booking: the TV in the living room is quite small; the A/C doesn't really work downstairs, just upstairs. 」

「This home is as described and well equipped. We booked a last minute trip. Anthony met us at the house, showed us around and was available if we needed him (we did not which is always a plus). The location of the property was quiet but definitely need a car if you are planning on leaving the house as everything is 10+ minutes by car. We would recommend that you familiarize yourself with beach rules as a non-resident if plan on a trip. We plan on returning!!!」

「Everything was fine, could improved on the use of the household items; No instruction on TV controls, unable to use TV in bedroom. No instructions on coffee maker, no familiar with the model. Same with the micro wave, figured it out. No instructions on the sound systems. Did not use the Spa, but not sure how that works. Thermostat seems to have preset programs, so at times it was very hot and had to adjust manually. Overall we enjoyed our stay even though the traffic was heavy on the main road...

Unfortunately it was rainy out and we really didn’t get to spend too much time in the house since we were driving around it looks like it has a beautiful property with a pool etc. so hopefully we can come back in the summer.」
