Springs Cottage with Large Outdoor Living Space

  • Located in the beautiful Springs neighborhood of East Hampton, this beachy cottage offers a serene retreat just minutes from East Hampton Village and the beach. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it offers the perfect blend of modern living and timeless charm. This house is ideal for families - equipped with booster seats/high chairs, a travel crib, movable bed rails and a treasure trove of family games, puzzles and books for rainy days.

    Step outside to find a new large deck ideal for hosting gatherings or simply unwinding. Set on a private half-acre on a cul-de-sac, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a detached garage for long term renters. There is also a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and a large side yard for lawn games. 5 mins to Maidstonestone beach, 10 mins to Amaganset, 25 mins to Sag Harbor, 25 mins to Montauk and 15 mins to Wolffer winery.

We had a great experience with this property and owners! Property is in a great location and has everything you could need if traveling with kids/babies. Very clean and spacious. Owners are very communicative. We had a small maintenance issue that was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

It was a wonderful, relaxing stay at a modern updated house. The skylight in the first bathroom was beautiful and added to the experience. My con is that the water pressure in the first bathroom was low. The other 2 bathrooms had good water pressure. Lots of space for a family to enjoy!
