Charming 2-bedroom home with water views.

Discover this cozy 2-bedroom home in Falmouth, MA. This charming home features an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bath and a cozy living room. Enjoy amenities including window AC units, WiFi and cable TV. As part of your rental you receive exclusive access to the Seacoast Shores Association Peninsula (restaurant), SANDBAR (bar), Splash! (outdoor pool) and Khan Court (tennis court) which are located at 7 Fairview Lane. The Peninsula restaurant and SANDBAR is open from late April through the end of October. Splash in open late May until early September. Members also have access to Bayside Beach, a private beach located at the end of Bayside Drive (east side). We will be readily available to answer any questions you may have while staying at our peaceful paradise.
