"This hotel was not well maintained. I will give it high marks for location, nothing else. The staff at check in did not share about the welcome gift and was not friendly or professional. She was tending to her clothes at the front desk. The facility was dirty and no one made an effort to clean. The same snot rag on the floor of the elevator was the at check in and check out. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper and the outdoor space was full of smokers."

"Our hotel room was clean, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. The property also offered ample parking, which was very convenient. During our stay, BTS was performing at the Sun Bowl, and the staff thoughtfully decorated the lobby and elevators with BTS-themed décor, which added a fun and welcoming touch to the atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to El Paso."

"I have stayed at the Plaza Hotel in El Paso at least 3 times while driving cross country! It’s a 5-star experience every time. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facility is excellently maintained. The valet parking is fast and efficient. The hotel is close to I-10 so it helps to quickly get on and off I-10! I’ll definitely stay there again!"
