"The rooms are stuffy, old and dirty. The telephone was not connected. The furniture in the room is old and used. The reason I rented a room for the night was because of the indoor hot tube and it didn’t work!! The water looked dirty inside the hot tub and indoor pool. Very disappointed. Will never rent a room anymore. "

"This is a comfortable hotel and a good value for the money. On an overall basis, I would rate it at 3.5 stars. Clean, neat, not luxury, but solid, dependable and respectable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, exactly what you would expect. Easy access to the city and to the area. Next to the airport, but the rooms are well sound-conditioned, so you don't hear the planes. Great outdoor terrace -- ate breakfast out there, and it was delightful. Looked like a nice waterpark. I would stay here again without any hesitation."

The area where the hotel is located at is very convenient, you have access to restaurants, businesses and commercial centers near by. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Paso, Texas. "

"La ubicación está excelente, todo lo demás está horrible. El desayuno con muy poca variedad y el lugar del mismo es super pequeño y nunca había donde sentarse. La alberca estaba abierta, pero no servía su regulador de temperatura por lo que estaba helada. En el baño, siempre se hacía un desastre al bañarse ya que se tiraba toda el agua. En conclusión, no volvería."
