"There was a weird smell when we walked into the room, so we had to open the door to try to get rid of it. The room is dirty, with dust in every corner of the room and walls covered with plaster of god knows what. My kids were walking barefoot in the room, and it left their feet black. The refrigerator was not working ( I didn't care since we had nothing to put in it). The pool was dirty, so we didn't use it (cloudy water)."

"I had an overall decent experience, but one major issue stood out—the restroom conditions. The water situation definitely needs improvement. Whether it’s water pressure, cleanliness, or availability, it didn’t meet basic expectations and made the visit less comfortable. This is something that should be addressed to improve the overall experience for customers."

"I have to explain my poor ratings because not everything was bad. The first room #7105-we were assigned was absolutely horrible-the carpet and hassock were stained in numerous places. There was no hot water. The toilet flush handle was actually broken, which we discovered the hard way, couldn’t flush. And when I tried to call the desk the phone wasn’t working! Only one bed side table & lamp. When I called via cell, the desk didn’t initially offer an apology and agreed to give us a new room. No apology or recognition of the inconvenience. Or credit or refund offered. New room was fine. Lobby excellent, very clean, good security fencing and gates around property."

"The rooms are stuffy, old and dirty. The telephone was not connected. The furniture in the room is old and used. The reason I rented a room for the night was because of the indoor hot tube and it didn’t work!! The water looked dirty inside the hot tub and indoor pool. Very disappointed. Will never rent a room anymore. "

"The breakfast was good. It was more about meeting the need such as walk-in shower with rails for support. It seemed the place was renovated since my last trip in this place "

"Breakfast was good, although many items were gone by the time we got there. The room was average, the beds small and uncomfortable. The hot tub was not warm definitely not hot and the pool had murky water. Front desk attendant was friendly. The property definitely needs cleaning. Lobby, hallways were dirty with debris, carpets stained and unraveling in places. Will not be returning."
