"Beware!! This place was a crazy experience. If you have kids PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, it cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. The place was dirt from the outside and the hallway. There was beer cans and so much trash just laying around. The rooms are indoor but for some crazy reason the door were prompt open with rocks, the doors were dirty. Under the staircase there was pillow and blankets (UNDER THE STAIRCASE of the hallway). Homeless can clearly sleep there. You can smell weed and people at 2AM knocking on doors. The fron desk lady was kind. There was no breakfast. The room does have a refrigerator and microwave. Tv does not have a control. "

"The room was great, but it was the staff that were outstanding, and we will be staying here exclusively, when we are in El Paso. During our stay, my husband had a health emergency in the middle of the night -- Rafael and Jesus assisted us, sent us with water and an apple juice for the ER, found a wheelchair to assist, and offered their sincere concern. Amazing staff! When we went to check out and that them, Eduardo was exceptional, helpful, and very professional. My husband got excellent care at TTUHSC UMC El Paso, and we were able to enjoy our stay. We will be back - best staff we have encountered in our many travels!!!!"

"Stayed at the Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The building itself is stunning—beautifully restored with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with great attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown El Paso. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The service was excellent across the board—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the highlights was enjoying the vibe of the hotel itself, from the lobby atmosphere to the rooftop views. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a high-end, memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting El Paso. It’s easily one of the best stays I’ve had."

"Kern Beach House is a great option for a large family. Location is wonderful aWith ample room in the living areas to hang out and visit. The pool and pool tabke are such great extras to keep everyone entertained. The home is clean and there were plenty of towels and linens for our grouo of 8.Matthew was very responsive. We will stay again when jn ELP.If cooking, make sure to bring/buy all ingredients. The kitchen has many utencils, but no spices, not even salt or sugar for coffee. "
