「The fitness room was in disrepair. The 2 elliptical were unsteady and unsafe. The AC wasn't working. I had to get maintenance to fix parts of the universal so I could use it. And just on the side, it was really inconvenient to have the coffee maker out near the front desk a whole room's distance from where the breakfast was placed.」

「I prepaid through Expedia. Upon arrival and presenting credit card for incidentals, the motel erroneously charged the room rate again. Once the motel was notified, a refund was immediately reissued. This seems to happen frequently when prepaying via Expedia.」
