"Emily and Kelly Keeford both amazing members of staff that worked in the Radius restaurant. They made our experience exceptional and they were very knowledgeable. Rooms very beautiful and clean! A few negatives were that the reception lady very rude. Hard to get hold of reception especially on the phone from an external line. I also couldn’t get a response through email either. I’ve already been and stayed for a few days an still haven’t had a response. Hopefully reception get some more friendly staff as I had this issue last time I stayed and it was sad to see it hasn’t changed! "

"Whilst I have communicated a long list of things that could be improved on with this property I do want to preface this list with we did have a good time away but things could be better for the price you pay for this property.The issues were as follows:-Two rolls of toilet paper for five guests over a three night stay is not enough, there was no extra despite what the guest book informed us of-The rolling barn door in the main bedroom does not stay closed-The fan in the main bedroom makes a loud clunking sound so was unable to sleep with it on when it was a very hot night-The floors were not cleaned upon arrival-The vacuum cleaner provided has very little suction & just pushes the dirt around - A doona cover that was on the king sized bed seemed to have a smear of blood on it-The outdoor cushions are covered in bird poo"

"Beautiful property on the lake, just 15-20 minutes away from downtown Traverse City.The surrounding area is quiet, and it was nice to have this lot to ourselves. The host was very accommodating, and we were able to find sleeping accommodations for 10 adults. We spent most of the day kayaking on the water and using the fire pit in the evening.The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to make meals.One thing to be aware of is that there are limited Lyft/Uber drivers, and we didn't get lucky and had to drive into town for bar hopping and dinner. So, make sure you have a few DDs! The property is large and took time to cool down, I would have liked more rooms to have window ACs. My only other suggestion is that the property could use a bit of a deeper clean in the less visible areas of the house; we found a handful of friendly spiders and other insects in closets, corners, and ceilings. Of course, this is in the summer on the lake, so expect there to be bugs and insects getting their way into the property. I would definitely return to this location! "

"House was well designed, with well equipped kitchen. Was located in a quiet court, rear of house fronted busier street but still not that noisy. We enjoyed our stay. Beach was only about a ten-minute walk away. Also had perfect weather!"

"This house provided an excellent opportunity for our family (parents, two adult kids plus partners) to spend time together and have fun playing pool, table tennis and games. The spaciousness of the property allowed us all to have space when needed but enjoy communal time when all together. The proximity to the surf beach was great, a decent walk into town for those who enjoyed a bit of exercise. Overall cleanliness was ok but unfortunately there was a stain/mark on one of the doona covers and even though we had our own linen it was a little off-putting. The lack of wi-fi did not affect us, just be aware that it is not available."
