「The property was very nice, clean, cozy and qtuie. Deck furniture needed some repairs. The actual inside was very nice, everything we needed was there. Owner left us a hummy shoofly pie. We were very comfortable. Only thing we would suggest is having tge TV in the common area, not in bedroom. No eazy for 4 adult's to watch TV on a rainy evening.」

「The apartment was very clean and everything thing we needed was provided. We enjoyed the fresh farm milk, farm eggs, homemade jelly, homemade bread and the beautiful fresh flower arrangement. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Dorothy was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her and her son and daughter. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here. 「The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Check in was great, the lockbox was very easy. Any questions I had, the host promptly answered me. The house was absolutely adorable and exceeded expectations. And I had no idea what a cute little town Phoenixville was! So many great shops, restaurants, and breweries.We mainly booked that place because it was so close to the Penhurst Asylum. It was a great living room to hang out in and watch horror movies for the October vibe. House was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed....

「We had a wonderful stay at this property while attending the University of Delaware football game. The drive to the stadium was about 20 minutes with traffic, which was very convenient.
