"we liked the location as it had easy access to the river. The place was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was easy and nice. We didn't interact with the staff much, but those that we did interact with were pleasant. Our only criticism was as regards the kitchen. The electric stove top had only one working burner. The refrigerator was not set properly and thus many of our food items froze. But, when set properly it worked fine. So check refrigerator settings when putting ones food in. The lighting in the kitchen area is poor as the light source is kind of behind the area of operations. Note though, we did not bring this to the management's attention during our visit. But, in our defense, we expected everything to be operational when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again."

"Great location for the parks. Driving time to get to stores was at least 40 minutes but for wanting to be close to the national park it suited our needs. Wish there had been fishing poles to fish in the river. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were responsive to every question we had."

"This is a beautiful property. It's tucked back in to the mountains in the river so you get a lot of wildlife and a lot of peace and quiet. Our girls loved exploring the river and the water was perfect for me to get in. This was a great spot for us to use as a home base for visiting Sequoia national Park."

"Ceiling fan and light did not work. The host provided a fan, but it was loud. The mini-blinds were old and cracked and broke whenever they were touched. Nice location and beautiful view."
