We're really proud of our team's friendly, down-to-earth style of service and work hard to find and train the best people for the job, regardless of their background or experience. However, it's a pity that you did not have this impression from our whole team.As part of our Lean Luxury philosophy, we do some things differently from other hotels, which can make it tricky for travel agents and booking sites to give accurate classifications. To keep costs down for our guests, we deliberately don't have all the traditional features of a hotel. Instead, we focus on central locations, characterful design, and high-quality fixtures and fittings to provide first-class comfort with a touch of luxury. Als höchstes Gebäude in der Düsseldorfer Innenstadt sticht Ruby Luna im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes aus der Masse heraus. Der pulsierende Carlsplatz ist bequem in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die Rheinpromenade ist keine fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Schön, dass du von dieser zentralen Lage profitierst. Wir legen sehr großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, daher tut es uns sehr leid, dass wir diesen Standard in deinem Fall nicht zu deiner Zufriedenheit erfüllen konnten. Du hast Recht, so etwas darf natürlich nicht passieren. Vielen Dank, dass du uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht hast.
