「This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

「Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!」

「This was the perfect place for our family to stay to attend our son’s fire academy graduation. We had 4 elderly people and ourselves and it was very accessible for all of us. The house is spacious and it is located in a cute neighborhood , close to town and with plenty of options if you enjoy going for walks. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my communications!」

「Great stay for 2 in Chico — Very nice studio apartment with all necessary amenities. Easy check-in/check out, with timely instructions and directions. Very clean and quiet. Terrific location with a nice park nearby with walking trails. Unit stayed cool even in 100 degree heat (note that heat/AC unit is located directly above the bed). Easy access and parking.
