「Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small.」

「The property was just as it looked lovely and clean and only a couple of minutes from seafront and town centre It does need a tin opener we tried with a penknife 😕 Better instructions needed on how to open lock box no where does it says you have to hold the button down and we ended up ringing to find out how to do it. Also the property alarm on the inside of the main front door was going off constantly saying low battery. We reported it and were told to use the key and press silence alarm,...
