"The hotel is located in a lovely spot in Inveraray. The room we had was very clean, tidy and comfortable. There was sufficient parking bays available. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there was a lot of choice on the menu. The hotel is situated about 10min walk from the centre of Inveraray. There are some lovely shops, places to eat and things to see in Inveraray. I would recommend the Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa as a place to stay when visiting Inveraray. "
"We found faces on what was apparently a clean towel folded in our room and despite informing staff about it before 9am when we arrived back it was still on the floor after 3pm!
Spa was an extra charge pp and is not for anywhere close to adequate access, when we arrived there were already at least 6 adults in a small hot tub.
Wifi connection is totally unmanageable we had to hot spot our phones.
Decoration is dated and decaying with grout missing in the bathroom and wallpaper peeling off the walls.
Horrendous experience particularly when compared to some other 4 star hotels which feel a world apart. "
"Hotel facilities are excellent, staff friendly and attentive, food very good. To be super critical we stayed in room 113 and spent large amounts of time listening to the floor boards creak from the room above. Ceiling down lighter with holes needed to be filled in and put next to the water fridge in the grill on our evening meal meaning we were constantly disturbed. These are minor as the hotel is great. "
