This bright, modern apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants.
Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away.
Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.
Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, a smaller double bedroom with several storage spaces, kitchen and shower room. . The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)if requiredwhile the dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.
There is also supermarket nearby with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.

There is a secure, well-lit stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
Please note, this flat is on the second floor.
There is a Double bed and some small storage spaces in the main bedroom but this room is quite small compared to the lounge. The door is also slightly narrower than a standard door.
Also, have a great time in Dundee!

Great communication. Good location

Perfect location for us. Proprietor was lovely and extremely helpful. Clear and easy instructions. Nice flat with good wifi. Only negative was that the bed was a bit small for two (did say queen size in description so our own fault)
