"What an absolutely wonderful property for a family to stay in. Not only did the backyard. Have the cutest little playhouse with a play kitchen that my five-year-old hit almost immediately upon check-in, they’re also was a wonderful park right across the street. The home itself was absolutely wonderful. Everything was very neat and tidy and easily accessible. We had no major issues to report. I will say the showerheads could use a little bit more of an upgrade for some added pressure, but that is me nitpicking check-in process was super easy. They also was a wonderful winery right around the corner that they partner with we were able to get a complementary bottle of wine and ended up purchasing about four others. Definitely a great stay. "

"Booking process was easy & simple. They ask as soon as you arrive to rate the cleanliness, which should have been a clue. After rating it a 4 we noticed: Blood on sheets, dirty musty outdated showers with dirty SHOWER CURTAINS. Spiders & cobwebs on ceilings & light fixtures. It’s crazy all the 5 star reviews, seems suspicious!!! Dishwasher was FULL of dishes and open upon arrival, not sure if they were clean or not. I was glad to have a place to sleep but it was more gross than a hotel room, I wouldn’t spend anymore time here than I had to. House had water damage, floorboards are separating, neighbors are loud during sleep times. Bed was flimsy & wobbling (I’m 5’2” 135lbs). Stains on all well worn throw pillows… the list goes on. Takes FOOOOREVER to get hot water. Could be a coincidence, but 6 minutes before we left (obviously loading the car was happening) we got a text to confirm if we are check-out (1.5 hours before checkout). Seems they are monitoring the cameras creepy close, eek!"

"“On 9th”was the perfect place for us to stay while doing some wine tasting and exploring of this area. It is very close to walking distance to a number of small markets and restaurants. Our hostess Sue, has fantastic information about places to eat , buy picnic supplies, and lots of recommendations. She was excellent with communicating things and was very prompt in responding to any questions we had prior to our arrival.While there, she kept in touch and made sure that everything was as we needed.The house is perfectly appointed. All the rooms are lovely and have a nice personal touch. What is also quite notable is that the furniture is very comfortable and you could actually sit in the living room and watch a movie and not be uncomfortable. The furniture is all clean and in excellent shape. Kitchen is also extremely clean and well organized. Our group loves to do a mixture of both eating in and restaurants so having a well equipped kitchen is a necessity but this kitchen really is above any standard in most VRBO/home rentals.We really enjoyed plenty of outdoor time sitting and enjoying the backyard, which had lovely blooming flowers this time of year. There was plenty of place to park in front of the house.I would highly recommend this home for a vacation stay. We were there for five days and it was easy to enjoy . I hope to return for another trip.Thanks Sue and Steve for all your personal touches and attention to detail. "

"An absolutely stunning property! We loved staying at this beautiful spot. The kitchen is well stocked with essential cookware. The beds are very comfortable (a little small for two tall adults to share, but not a big deal). And the property was immaculate when we arrived! Other highlights include the hot tub, beautiful views, and walking distance to some amazing wineries. Can’t recommend enough. "

"Five of us stayed here for a night and loved the house. Lots of old charm with enough modern upgrades to make the stay very enjoyable. Communication was excellent from the host and I would give this a 10 star if I could. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful."
