「We booked a newly renovated 1 queen bed and 2 twin, 2 bedroom villa. The twin room was SO small they had the beds touching each other pushed into a corner, and there was only about 12 inches of space between the bed and wall to walk to the bathroom. No room for luggage, and they had to be put in the closet. There was a dresser that we had to put in hallway bc we couldn't even open the door all the way. Pictures were very deceiving. 「While Expedia listed our room as “not in main building, canal view”, there was no indication on the map of the property that our room would be in a building across a road with vehicles traveling 55+mph. The staff was kind and the property nice, but we were disappointed to have to either watch for speeding vehicles or get in our car to drive and park the car in order to sit by the water. 「Poolside was nice and you can get food there. There are 2 pools. There is no beach. Many of the staff are foreign born but their English is good enough that they are able to assist you.」

「We had a wonderful stay in the BOTE House. Perfect for a small family and dogs with the fenced in yard. The staff was great and very accommodating. The access to the other resorts and amenities is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back!」
