The main reason I booked this property was the view in the photos, so let me assure you they are 100% accurate. The flat is amazing, and I will stay there again if I can. The kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast in the morning and there is a market either up or down the street. The walk in Dubrovnik is pretty short, in no time at all you can be in the port you see from your balcony. The woman that gave me the key was very helpful and I hope I left the property in a reasonably decent state.

The hosts were very responsive and very nice. The place is charming and the view. Incredible. Be aware: the walk into town gets pretty hot and the walk back is uphill. Also be aware that to access the penthouse. You have to go up 85 Stairs. Someone was there to help us with luggage on the way down, but not on the way up. Uber picks up right at the door so you need not walk into town if too far or limited ambulation

The property had a fantastic view as pictured on Expeida. A nice kitchen fully functional. Our host was wonderful and made us feel welcome. The three bedroom was very spacious and well appointed. The stairs may be challenging to handicapped.

Dubrovnik view

This apartment had the most incredible view of old town Dubrovnik. The view was simply stunning. Now, there are stairs to get to apartment from the street, 95 to be exact. But it was worth the climb.

RENTER BEWARE: You may be forced to pay thousands of Euro in cash! If you select the option to "pay at property" (as I did, assuming CREDIT was an option), you will be unpleasantly surprised. I only booked a couple of nights (but that was still four figures) before traveling the rest of Croatia. The ATM markups are wild. This adds significant additional cost to your previously-agreed upon daily rate. No one in Croatia has a bank account for eTransfers, so I was left with no option. Of course I didn't carry that amount of cash on my person from the States. I reached out to Expedia for help and they did not provide any solutions. I ruined half of the day that I had in Dubrovnik running around in the oppressive heat trying to find a decent ATM. This gave me a massive migraine that forced me into bed for the afternoon / night and ruined the little time there that I had. Save yourself the trouble. Avoid this place. Expedia should vet more thoroughly.

Kate는 정말 친절하고 열정적인 host입니다 체크인할 때 방 하나하나를 꼼꼼하게 소개시켜주고 물건도 하나하나 설명해주셨어요 숙소는 좋은 뷰를 갖기 위해 조금 많이 올라가야합니다 5층 정도 높이의 계단을 올라야하지만 계단이 가파르지는 않아서 그렇게 힘들다는 생각은 들지 않았습니다 주차도 무료로 제공해주셔서 렌트카를 편하게 주차하고 올드 타운을 구경하고 전망대와 마트 갈 때에 차량을 이용했습니다 숙소는 아래층에 2개 룸, 2개 화장실, 넓은 거실과 부엌을 이용했습니다 Kate는 아래층의 독립된 공간에서 지내고 있어서 언제든지 필요한 게 있으면 내려가서 요청할 수 있었어요

This is a wonderful apartment on the top of what must be an wonderful house. The top floor apartment has an insane view of the old city. Insane view. It’s comfortable, large, easy walk down to town, grocery shop and quick food just up and down the street. 5 stars.

This property was well appointed and very clean. The owner is lovely and communicative. The views were stunning...but those stunning views come at a price - 94 steps to the apartment. I highly recommend this beautiful, spacious property, just be prepared for the climb.

아주 훌륭한 아파트. 아주 더운날만 아니라면...

복층 침실이 너무 더워 다섯가족이 자기엔 불편했어요. 입구부터 숙소까지 어마어마한 계단이 있어 짐 옮기기가 힘들었어요. 다른것들은 모두 만족스러웠고 특히 발코니에서의 경치는 으뜸이에요. 집도 고급스럽고 주방도 좋았어요. 단지 현금으로만 숙박비 결제가되서 조금 불편했어요.

ホテルのバルコニーからは、バニャビーチと旧市街が見えて絶景でした。 旧市街で歩き回ったあとの階段は大変でしたが、苦労なしには絶景は見られないかな、と思います。 ロケーションはエクセルシオールの近くで旧市街やビーチから徒歩圏内です。 オーナーも常駐してくれていて安心。ただし、支払いにカードが使えないので要注意。

Excellent location, house sized appartments with very accommodative hosts and a breathtaking view from the balcony, of the old town. The 90 steps up to the apartment are easily worth the trek.

The pictures don’t do this property justice - the views are fantastic and the property itself is good. Host was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend this place although you do need to be able to manage the steps up to the property.

Ett fint boende i sluttning, med många trappor, som man snart glömmer då lägenheten har bedårande utsikt från altanerna! Väldigt elegant möblerat och skinande rent. Värdparet är mkt välkomnande och hjälpsamma. Bara fina minnen från detta boende!
