Ana was fantastic at offering advice and recommendations of where to visit during our stay. Communication was great at all times. Apartment was beautiful and very well kept. Pool was lovely to use and to sunbathe around - everything very clean.

Well appointed apartment for a short break. I would try and book one with a balcony if available. Pool is clean and well looked after. Close to local bus routes and facilities nearby.

Rekommenderas verkligen!

Mycket bra boende med gångavstånd till både bad och gamla stan! Även bussen går utanför ifall man inte vill gå. Lägenheten var fräsch och tillhanda höll allt som man kan tänkas behöva och ett extra plus i kanten för den egna poolen. Värden Maria var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam!

Great location for both the beach and Old Town. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool was great and never too busy. Marija was really friendly and super helpful with advice on where to visit and places to eat. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Perfect apartment in great location

Having booked only a month before our travel dates, there were a few options but the draw at these apartments was the pool. We made a last minute change to our booking which Marija responded to so quickly allowing a family member to join us as we had a spare bed. On arrival, it was so easy to find and we were able to get early check in. We then sat with Marija and she shared lots of recommendations and a map of where to explore. She then followed up with links on WhatsApp. Superb service as we tried 3 of her recommended restaurants and they were amazing. We stayed in the penthouse 2 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The owners had thought of everything. It was like being at home with beach towels also provided. The location was superb for Lapad and Dubrovnik and the pool came in handy in the afternoon to cool your weary feet after exploring the area. Bonus of having a fab wine shop below the apartment and all the local amenities close to hand. Uber and buses very easy to get on the road outside. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful apartment, owners and city

Had a absolutely brilliant stay at the California Apartments III Everything is a positive The owners couldn't have made us feel more welcome on arrival letting us know everything we needed to know about the accommodation and surrounding areas , even left a bottle of wine and a large bottle of water in fridge for us The apartment itself was brilliant , very modern , spacious bathroom and absolutely spotless, sparkling clean Lovely swimming pool and outside area for you to relax in before heading out for an adventure, great location too a small walk from some great areas , sunset beach , the marina and the beautiful old town we liked walking down but getting the bus or a uber back it only cost a couple of pounds Cant say enough positives about the apartment or owners who really went the extra mile to give us a great holiday

Beautiful property and wonderful hostess! The apartments are modern construction surrounded by rustic 13th century walls. The location is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the promenade by the marina. The pool and sun deck are a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring town.

Really beautiful apartment, very well equipped and with an incredibly warm and welcoming host. Great pool and convenient location with buses to old town almost outside the door and the beach/bakery/shops all a short walk away. Only minor downside is that it is on a busy road so you can hear the traffic.

I couldn’t fault anything! The apartment was modern and had everything I needed. Nice pool area with sun loungers. A great location for getting to sunset beach, the marina or the old town either on bus or by foot. The hosts Marija and Ely were amazing and could sort out anything I needed or wanted to do during my stay, communication was quick and easy during the whole trip. The main reason I booked the apartment was the great reviews I read about the hosts and the accommodation and they were all right. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Loistava kokemus! Kämpästä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja vielä enemmän, se oli tilava, uusi ja vimosen päälle puhdas. Sijainti oli parempi kuin osasimme odottaa, ruokakauppoja ja ravintoloita vieressä sekä koko seudun paras uimaspotti (Lapad beachin viereiset kalliot). Amazing stay, would definitely recommend.

Lovely time. The sweetest host and such a lovely welcome. The apartment was really nice to stay in and in an ideal location. The host, Marija, also gave recommendations on places to go and things to see. Those recommendations made the trip one of a kind.

Very nice place!

Wonderful place to stay! Owners were very nice, told us lot of things of Dubrovnik and gave even whatsapp to help us during our stay. The place were very clean and new.
