We enjoyed being within the old city walls and the convenience of this hotel. The room felt bigger than the photos, and was very comfortable and quiet. The old town is very safe and clean and there was a big variety of places to eat.

The location was wonderful. However, carrying our luggage up the stairs to the room was quite difficult. The front desk staff were friendly, but they could have been more attentive in explaining the room’s features and asking about our needs

Overall very enjoyable stay in a fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Did happen to have small ants showing up in the sheets, but otherwise a great place.

Close to all the main attractions in old town. The streets are noisy at night especially during the weekend. No cleaning and change of towels, bad smell in the bathroom and some kind of noisy fan working all night could be heard outside.

The property is in excellent location in the heart of old town but in w quiet little street so no noise. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Staff very polite and helpful. A little overpriced for what you get, but Dubrovnik is not cheap. The main negative was very unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The location was great and the room was comfortable. I was not prepared for a 4th floor walk up but I adjusted. There was little to no service. The room was not serviced for the entire 4 night/5 day stay. No trash disposal, fresh towels or anything and there was seldom anyone at the desk to offer assistance of any kind. I managed well but was expecting a bit more. The location in the walled city was a redeeming factor.

Room was lovely - compact but really nicely kitted out and well provisioned. Location is excellent as it's on the same level as the Stradun so no lugging luggage up stairs to get to the other levels of the city. Really close to numerous food options and activities. Staff were very helpful in sourcing decaf coffee for us - much appreciated!
