Nice hotel in a GREAT location. Communication was great! Be prepared to climb quite a few stairs with your luggage.

Brilliant location, apartment was modern and clean, though with limited amenities. Access up some windy/rocky communal stairs so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility! But, this is normal for the old town and it’s an incredible location right in the middle of everything.

We had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location right next to restaurants and in the old town. You can walk to all the main attractions but it was surprisingly still quiet at night. We were also able to check in early which was really helpful. Would recommend.

This property is right in the heart of the Old Town making it very easy to get around. There are many dining options right on the street. The apartment is nicely renovated with all the amenities one could need. It’s spacious and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great place

Great location! Restaurants all around and easy access to town. Be aware of lots of stairs to access apartment. Everything was clean and spot on. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Comunication with host was excellent! Fully recommended!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Apartments Urbis. L’appartement est rénové et confortable et est en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Un peu bruyant en soirée en raison des restaurants situés sur la rue, mais c’est à prévoir dans la vieille ville. Notre hôte était très attentive à nos besoins et nous a même permis d’accéder au logement plus tôt que prévu à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié puisque nous arrivions très tôt le matin.

Close to old town amenities. On the whole the apartment was very clean apart from some stains on the bed quilts. The description details are a bit misleading it does not mention all the steps you have to get to it inside the building and outside. And also the fact it is above a restaurant.

good bits and bad bits

pros: location brilliant, lovely apartment, bathroom hot water etc perfect. cons: entrance stairs need painting and some of banisters loose. biggest issue was safe not working (and seemed been problem for a while). felt uncomfortable not being able to lock away passports etc and front door to apartments always open and you dont get a key for that

Property is perfectly located, but with that said it is noisy if you prefer to sleep with the windows open. Our unit was on the 2nd flr (U.S. 3rd flr) and hence taking luggage up and down weas challenging with no elevator. The unit is nicely designed and was clean.

Right in the center. Steps away from pile. The apt brand new. And really on everything walkable. If you carry big luggage just remember Dubrovnik had lots of stairs and the apt is in 2nd floor. Old building, no elevator to keep the place as it should be. But Paula, arrange with our transfer to help me out by me and my kids although we travel light just 1 carry on each. The apartment so worth it!! GREAT location and new.

Poor check-in

Miserable check-in, no signs etc. We called earlier and they said someone would come over. We should have known that a name of a woman and whatsapp number in the wall = name of the stay. Poorly handled. There is also a hole in the main room you can see light from next apartment.
