- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost. - All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins. - Smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed. - In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. - Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge. - Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2,000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
