Clean peaceful stay

We had a lovely stay at La Ville. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We even had a free upgrade to the apartment so we could check in early after a long flight. We were greeted with kindness each morning by Elaine who was very attentive to us and our toddler.

Convenient and Central to many location… City Walk is wonderful… Only taxis are not coming regularly like other hotels, so you have to order an Uber or Careem, they’ll be there in just few minutes.

It used to be one of the best hotels in Dubai. However, in our recent visit to the hotel it has changed. The carpet was dirty, they provide old bath towels, and the bed sheet has holes in it. I hope they take care of the hotel as before

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and serious concern regarding a fundamental amenity that was advertised as part of my accommodation at the Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK, but which is confirmed to be non-existent. I am currently a guest at your hotel, staying for six nights, and completed my three-day business trip on Sunday. My decision to book this specific property, both through Hotels.com and based on the hotel's own promotional materials, was heavily influenced by the advertised presence of a swimming pool. I specifically reserved the latter half of my stay (three days) for rest and relaxation, with the intention of utilizing this facility. Upon concluding my work commitments on Sunday and preparing to start my holiday, I was informed by hotel staff that the hotel does not possess a swimming pool. This direct contradiction of advertised features—a key selling point—constitutes a clear misrepresentation of the product being sold. The sudden removal of a primary recreational amenity has severely undermined the quality of my planned holiday experience and directly contradicts the expectations set by your property's marketing. This is not a case of a temporary closure, but a complete absence of an advertised feature. Please make sure to contact the property before staying to make sure the location provides all the services the advertising.
