Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, our apartment offers easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is within walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar, and the Burj Khalifa. This makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.



The apartment features contemporary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and even a pool table. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroompPerfect for couples or friends, this apartment can comfortably sleep up to two guests.



The spacious closed-plan dining and sitting area, complete with satellite TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring The Dubai Mall, which is just a 6-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning skyline views. The living area is bright and airy, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the space.



You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee to get you started. For your convenience, Spinneys Supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.

Visiting family

The apartment itself was stunning but due to the floor level it was on we were right next to a a green area with trees and were woking up every day at 5 oclock ish with birds chirping very loudly I am an animal lover but to have this occuring constantlyevery day actually spoilt our stayI would however love to stay in this apartment block again with yourselves if you had availability but just not on that particulsr side as traffic noise was not an issue
