Jeg var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Leiligheten var sentralt plassert, ren og familievennlig. Selv om det ikke var resepsjon, fikk vi raskt svar på spørsmål via WhatsApp. Da mikrobølgeovnen sluttet å fungere, sendte vi en melding, og de ordnet en helt ny på veldig kort tid. Servicen var profesjonell og hjelpsom, og vi følte oss godt tatt vare på under hele oppholdet. Jeg kan absolutt anbefale stedet videre.

Worst experience in my life!!!
The apartment is worn out, not as nice as on photos. One door was opening 30% only, Pool was closed but they told that it was open. The check in process was horrible. They asked us about the arrival time. We came when we agreed on. The agent showed up 1 hour later and kept telling us that he comes ASAP completely ignoring me about the exact time, The reception guy didn’t allow us to park in the garage before we finish checkin and there was no place to leave the car near the building. It was packed with other cars. And because it was new year eve, traffic was terrible and some roads are blocked. Not possible to part around the building at all. The check in took another hour. We spent 2 hours on check which didn’t allow us to relax before New Year celebration plans. And to add the cherry on top, on our way back at 3am on January 1st we could not unlock our apartment door. luckily the support team answered, made us install the phone app to reset the door lock. Should I describe the amount of stress I experienced with having only 2% battery life on my phone and not being able to get inside the apartment with the password I set up just hours before? Apparently their “smart” system reset our password and they didn’t notify us about their mistake or system glitch or whatever it was.
Mediocre apartment with worst and longest check-in and a price tag of luxury mansion. This rental agency has no shame in misleading customers!

En general bien pero cuando llegué tuve problemas para contactar al encargado ya que no cuenta con recepción los teléfonos que me dieron no contestaban gracias a la persona encargada del edificio pude localizar al que administra el departamento deberían poner más atención a eso
