I would like to emphasize how professional, efficient, kind, elegant, courteous, helpful and cheerful staff at reception were. In fact among the best receptionists I encountered at any hotel in Dubai, and how nice it made pur stay. So congratulations to Anjana and Tonia, they are an asset for any good hotel.

The hotel I booked was the new one, but once I got there I was told it’s the older one… which I believe is misleading. The new one seems clean and is new. The other one is fairly old and carpets smell.

Pleasant stay..

It was pleasant stay, Everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable, so was the amenities. 3-4 mins from Mall of Emirates. My only problem was how the water spilled out from the shower into bathroom floor. The staff at the receptions was very kind and polite during checkin and checkout, I believe one one them was marylyn. The price paid is fantastic considering the vicinity.

I will never come back to this horrible hotel

Where to start? I made a mistake while booking so I had to book 2 days and I arrived 1 day in advance so I had to book with them directly. Checking-in process was ok, the room was full of smoke like someone has just left the room. The bed wasn’t good and comfy at all I woke up with pain in my back. The buffet was ok but the waiter kept on asking to put the mask on(bar the foreign people of course l!!) My friend showed up at my room to say hello and the security guy (African guy) acted like he was undercover mafia at the left with us as later on the recipient called to tell me that you brought someone at your room send him back and ask him to present his ID lol what a joke! OTHER INCIDENT! When I asked for disposable cutlery and they asked me to pay 10 dirhams for deposit hahah. Overall, l will never come back to this hotel please seek other options around the area cause it’s really good. Terrible experience as the whole hotel was running by unprofessional and unqualified bunch of people.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! La piscine était vraiment superbe, très propre et quasiment vide la plupart du temps, ce qui rendait la baignade très agréable. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La propreté était impeccable : le ménage était fait tous les jours. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec un frigo à disposition, ce qui est très pratique. Les installations sont vraiment un plus : une salle de sport bien équipée, des salles de prière très propres, et la possibilité de réchauffer sa nourriture dans la salle à manger. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal : l’hôtel est à côté du métro, à seulement une vingtaine de minutes du Burj Khalifa, et le centre commercial se trouve à moins de dix minutes à pied. En résumé : un hôtel très bien situé, confortable, propre, avec un personnel adorable et de très bonnes prestations. Nous recommandons vivement !

Ótimo hotel!

Hotel novo, super limpo, com colaboradores muito educados e simpáticos. Café da manhã excelente! Quarto ótimo , e a localização dez!!! Fica a poucos metros do Mall of Emirates que tem tudo! Os ônibus hop on hop off tem ponto no estacionamento do Mall...outras linhas de ônibus que levam por exemplo ao Miracle Garden e ao Global Village partem de frente ao mall também, linhas 105 e 106 respectivamente.Foi tudo maravilhoso e recomendamos este hotel!

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the hotel is very close to the Mall of the Emirates which is great, it literally takes 5 minutes to walk there. The reason I marked it down was that it's very close to another Citymax Hotel but has a weird address which appears to very hard for taxis to find which is annoying, it really needs to do something about that. Also when we were leaving I specifically requested a Dubai state metered taxi and they got me yet another rip-off taxi cab who I assume they get paid for using - not acceptable and why I probably would not stay there again.

The best of the best! Loved my stay!

City max Al Barsha is a gem right in the centre of Al Barsha, having nice restaurants, grocery stores nearby and above all the Mall of Emirates is just a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff is excellent and the rooms are spacious and in immaculate condition. The breakfast has many choices and the quality of food is very good. I loved my stay here and I would surely recommend anyone visiting Dubai to stay here. You will not be disappointed for sure.
