"Starting off with the positive- this is an excellent location to downtown area.Our stay was not good. The original picture of this listing was the front house and only after paying did we receive instructions that the entrance is in the back. This is advertised as a private studio when in reality, it is the third bedroom, separated at the kitchen with a very filmsy looking door. You can hear everything.The place was not clean. Grime on the walls, dirty toilet, broken blinds. If you are allergic to cats, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND skipping this one. My reaction was terrible and suspect it was from the dander in the room.Insult to injury, the cleaning fee was more expensive than the actual stay. When I reached out privately to find a fair resolution, the owner tried to extort us by not leaving a review in order to receive it. Due to this entire experience, trust for resolution was low so I reached out to customer support. The rep deemed this situation a case to review.Truly wish our experience was better, but save yourself some money and get a hotel rather than a dirty room for 180 bucks."

"The host were wonderful! Extremely friendly, provided a desk along with a chair for me to work while staying there! Allowed my husband and mother in law to check in early as they were getting into town from driving all night. After a 17 hour drive they were very appreciative to be able to get in and take a nap. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in a good area, this is it! Close to everything, walking distance to all kinds of cool shops. The host provided everything for a comfortable stay. All you'd need to worry about is your clothes and food and you would be set! "
