"Quick responses to our questions and a well stocked kitchen. They were so helpful. The facility was first rate. A few small suggestions as I was a manager of a condo hotel in Breckenridge. The back deck needs an additional step. It exceeded a natural gate at 14 inches. You need larger garbage cans that are open. The location and size don’t give easy access. The bedrooms need garbage cans too. The living room needs 2 table lamps to have more light that’s pleasant. I still think they deserve 5 stars. I just thought they might consider these observation to make their facility perfect!"

"The rooms always exceptional, the front staff always amazing and very helpful. The cleaning ladies are always the best.. It might not have a the free breakfast but there are plenty of places close by and you have a full kitchen with whatever you need to cook and if you dont they will go out of their way to get it for you. And you cant beat free laundry!"

"The house was beautiful and cozy. Up-to-date and with plenty of comfy amenities, but not reno'ed into soullessness. Lots of great art around the house! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and down to the St. Vrain creek path. Thanks very much for a nice place to stay!"
