"The staff and service was absolutely wonderful. The people snoring for 3 days in my room was unbearable. They need to have a contingency plan for people with sleep apnoea as the decibel level was unbearable."

"Big hotel, great location in Neustadt (very close to the bridge). Nice staff and service. We did not take the breakfast as it was expensive (29€). The pool is also an extra. They are currently renovating the lobby, but it did not cause any problems. Nice terrasse with a view."
