"We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee. "Der Check-In war etwas umständlich, was daran lag, dass die Dame kein englisch sprach und ich kein slowakisch. Somit mussten wir uns mittels Übersetzungsapp behelfen. Darüber hinaus, gab es Unstimmigkeiten, über die Anzahl der Gäste. Man ging davon aus, dass ich alleine anreisen würde. Von den Kindern, welche beim Buchungsprozess mit angegeben wurden, wusste man nichts. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir auch bereits im letzten Jahr, nur viel es da nicht ins Gewicht, da es eine kontaktlose Übergabe...
