"I thought I was making a reservation at The Colony Hotel, which is an ocean view hotel, but when I arrived, there was a large dumpster blocking the entrance. I called the hotel and was told it’s under renovation an I would be staying at another location across the street. Not ocean view. Had to drive to a nearby store to check into this other hotel. My room was acceptable but bathroom door would not lock properly. Very Disappointing!"

"Need to book everything in advance before arriving at the resort. Staff was excellent! Everything is very expensive. Valet is not included. "

"Breakfast was excellent, food was fresh and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and the shower had great pressure. My only complaint was that the two reclining chairs in our room were not working properly. "
