「Very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Reno. Conveniently located and very clean. The rooms were big and plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable with nice blackout curtains for the morning light. Staff was very helpful for small items needed such as band aids and spoons. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice getaway from home that won’t have you missing your own bed very much.」

「I chose Ramada based on the price for two nights. The room was very comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was nice although water temperature was tough to regulate. The carpets and chair cushion were in dire need of cleaning or replacement. The casino was scary. A patron in the diner looked to have overdosed. First responders came and took him away. My friend and I ordered dinner and waited at the nearby bar. We are familiar with the area so weren't surprised by the clientele. Honestly, we felt...

「First time in Reno, and I enjoyed staying here. Hotel staffers, bell boy, receptionist, cafe and restaurant crew, were very friendly, although my reservation did not show up in their computer upon checking in. I did not figure out how to control the sometimes noisy room fan. The cafe guy was also really friendly. The "Riverfront" is a hip but accessible restaurant, where I enjoyed my dinner. Clean and new structure, an easy-to-find landmark in the city.」
