Everything was perfect. Our concierge Jesus, is 100/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. He arranged a romantic dinner at the beach for me and my husband and the quality of that dinner was remarkable. We enjoyed each night's activity. The property is new and is only 5 years old, smells delicious everywhere, and room service took care of the room every day, so cleanliness is another 10/10. I stayed 4 nights at the hotel and everything was really good except for the food at some restaurants. The buffet, Japanese, and Mediterranean restaurants were very good, unfortunately, I can't say the same about the others. I really had a wonderful time at Live Aqua Punta Cana Resort.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.
