"Got to the hotel after an 8 1/2 hrs drive for the front dest just to say there system was down and couldnt do checkins. Thankfully I was able to call Travelocity and am supposed to be refunded"

"The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom floor looked like it had never been swept or mopped before. The carpet had stains and looks visibly stained and dirty. The included breakfast was the same thing every day. The buffet is not well run and by 8am they stop replenishing the food. The milk and the waffle mix ran out and they did not replace it because its was “too close to 9am” at 8:15am. The biscuits were burnt and hard, the gravy was like water and Luke warm. The floor is sticky throughout the hotel and the entire place smells wet. The lazy river has a total of 2 provided floats and that’s it. It and the jacuzzi are warm but the indoor pool is NOT heated as advertised so it was unusable. Also the room the pool and river are in has exposed duct work and smells like mold they have a huge dehumidifier in the room and open the windows to the outside but it doesn’t seem to help. The walkway and the steps leading to the pool room are so nasty and seem like they have never been cleaned. I would never stay here again. It is affordable but should be MUCH cheaper for what you are getting. "

"Well you get what you pay for. First off, it’s foreign owned. The pictures online are not from this hotel. They don’t tell you about the $100. incidental fee. But only get $95. of it back seven days later (processing fees). We paid for the oversized room in the pictures and got a completely different room. Outside our door was the property dump/junk area. About 30 used 5 gallon paint containers, a big rack from an old phone system along with other junk, very distasteful view. The continental breakfast is not at the hotel. You get a piece of pacer to use at the restaurant next door for 1 pancake and 1 coffee. You want more than that it cost additional money. The restaurant is actually really good. I will say the room was okay. "

"The check in was fast and friendly, got our vouchers for breakfast. Parking was a little crazy. Not a very big parking lot for the hotel. We had to park all the way out by the road and walk back to our room. The room was nice, clean and big. But needs to be better sound proofing. Could hear EVERYTHING going on outside. Could see light coming through the crack in the door. "
