「What a great stay. Came for Sunfest and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was awesome! Full menu and all of it was nice and hot!! Very accommodating and will definitely stay here again!!」

There was also a room right in front of the garbage collection point, which had a strong smell and many flying insects, making it impossible to spend time with the balcony open. 「Clean property with friendly staff」

「Clean rooms, helpful staff.」

「The balcony was glass very dirty smeary, had bird poop all on it. I had to actually get some windshield. Wiper fluid and a squeegee and clean the glass around the balcony, terrible.」

「Great location. Front desk teammate, Robin, was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Bedding comfortable. Shower and bathroom could have been cleaner.」

「Room were nice and updated but the bathroom door wouldn’t close and if you pushed it hard enough then it wouldn’t open with ease. Other than the bathroom door we enjoyed our stay at Monte Carlo Boardwalk」

The last night we specifically asked at the desk to have the room serviced and they didn’t do it.」

「Worst experience EVER. Eva is a terrible business owner and operator. Extremely defensive when there are customer issues, and not willing to do what is right. Make sure you bring the same credit card you reserved your stay on otherwise they charge you a return transaction fee even though it was already paid for. Most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard of AND NOT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE OF THIS POLICY. Regardless of the card being compromised, they still screw you with it. Let me include - the...
