"I was having a hard time breathing. Checked the Filters in the heat unit. Absolutely black. Dont worry i cleaned them so i could breathe. Stayed 2 nights with drunks in the hall til 2 am then babys screaming at 6 am. Was a nightmare. The pubes left in the shower were the icing on the cake"

"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too. Easily walk to shops and restaurants on Princess, to Queens campus, and the waterfront. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kingston. We had a slight issue with the check in code not working but messaged and it was rectified immediately. A great stay."

"Beautiful historic property with a luxurious and modern take on period details. Fireplaces were cozy on a cool damp getaway. Breakfast was lovely, and homemade 4pm cookies were a thoughtful treat. All staff were kind and approachable. We could easily walk to campus and the downtown. Would happily stay again. "
