「What a hidden gem. It is antiquated and small but this little motel is right in the heart of everything. You can just step out your front door and you are just steps From downtown Ellijay. Also, so many hiking trails are within a short drive. Highly recommend this place.」

「An absolute mistake booking a room here. Everything is super outdated. Smells of moth balls and the 1950s. The room was 90° when we walked in and the air conditioning rattled doing its very best to keep working. Staff was very friendly and helpful but this hotel needs serious upgrades, a deep clean, and TLC. Don’t book here.」

「For the most part, this was probably the best hotel in town. And was pretty decent overall, other than the elevator did not work for two of the three days I was there, and only half the time of the other day. I was on the third floor, so carrying luggage up stairs and downstairs was a bit of a difficulty. I would stay there next time I was in town if the elevator was working. The people that worked there seemed quite nice and pleasant to deal with, and the overall property was in good shape.」

Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked 」

I could hear people above me walking and talking as well as outside. There were tables and green space in the back yard which people enjoyed. It’s for travelers looking for a good price. However, there are a few things I wish I had known before booking. First, there is no staff on the property. The check-in process was simple and handled over the phone, but I was driving and didn't see the messages with the instructions beforehand, which caused some confusion when we arrived.
