"Very clean rooms attentive staff but shift management does not communicate with one another. I was a former Hobby Hilton employee and we kept a journal for each shift. Not a great place for family fun (I should have done my homework). No pool, no pooch amenities ($50/night), bay areas very dirty, nearby parks the same, and the first Hilton I was charged for parking per night! For the commuter: if you want a good night sleep this is not the place. Walls are paper thin. We could hear TV and conversations from several rooms down. I thought it was my kids next door but they were also kept up by the same noise two nights straight. The good! Clean areas, great breakfast, and attentive staff."

"We booked and paid in advance for a room with two queen beds. When we arrived at the property, we were told to come back after 3 PM because only king rooms were currently available, but that the queen room listed on our reservation would be ready later. We did as instructed and returned after 3 PM, only to be told the hotel was completely sold out and there were no queen rooms available. Unfortunately, we had no other option and had to take the room provided, which resulted in me sleeping on the pull-out couch. The pull-out bed had no sheets or comforter, and the mattress still had plastic on it — which, considering the hotel is new, was probably a good sign cleanliness-wise, but it clearly had not been prepared for guests. When I went downstairs to request bedding, the staff seemed irritated and essentially handed it to me with little concern. To make matters worse, two of the pillows provided were visibly dirty. Throughout the hotel, trash cans were overflowing both inside and outside, and dirty dishes had been left sitting around the upstairs common areas. It’s possible the hotel was short-staffed, but overall the experience was disappointing, especially considering this is a brand-new property and we had high expectations. The positives were that the hotel was new and I did appreciate that the rooms had no carpet."

"May 22, 2026 Mary and GM manager Sandra kindly allowed my elderly father (recovering from knee surgery), my 11-year-old nephew who's on a spectrum, check into our room early to rest. Same day but at night @ 11:30 p.m. while asleep, we were terrified by your employee, Rebecca, and a group of 3 men/1 woman attempting to force entry into our room using a metal rod. Rebecca failed to announce herself as hotel staff/ ignored my father's shouts that the room was occupied. I opened the door, new family explains they have this room. I am thankful I didn't bring my gun with me because this family would have been traumatized. I called the front office from the landline Rebecca displayed a severe attitude, as if blaming me for the system error, and ignored my distress over my crying nephew. She put the phone down and never returned to the receiver. She called 911, claiming we were in the room illegally. Downstairs, she continued to argue in front of local law enforcement, who ultimately had to remind her how terrifying it is to be startled awake by someone trying to break in.Having worked in the hotel industry previously I couldn't help but feel that her lack of training compromised everyone's safety. I understand system glitches happen. However, Rebecca’s lack of safety protocols and empathy created a dangerous situation. She stated that the room showed unoccupied/dirty. Why would you send an entire family to a dirty room? Why not escort the new family downstairs for their safety?"

"The room had sand everywhere the bathroom is so small and we had a suite. The hallway floors were so nasty looking with stains everywhere and on the 3rd floor there is a huge gap right at the elevator on the left side. The door to the balcony is so hard to open do to rust. You have to pay $10 a night to park and they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Over all not to bad but I don’t think we will be staying here again we where in room 308 for one night."
