"Hotel is really run down. Our bed hadn't been made properly. I moved the bed sheet and underneath the mattress protector was covered in hair. The walls in the room were dirty and all marked. The skirting was off the wall in the room. The laminate toppings on the bed side table were all warped and coming away. The hotel was also overbooked so we were put in a room without a window. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Stay somewhere else."

"Hotel is clean. Breakfast good selection but average. We didn’t have any hot water but to be fair they were straight up to fix. Then the next morning it was cold again. Very disappointed on this hotel considering the price point. Needs refurbished in certain areas. Wouldn’t stay again. No hot water put us off."

"Clean but rooms are very basic. Horrible textured walls that looks like they are straight out of the 70s. Interior of rooms needs a huge refresh. "

"Great hotel, location and services. Car park next door and hotel gives a reduction on parking. Hotel does a super breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. Walkable to the city centre/cathedral area/university. Next door to Hydro stadium. All round perfect venue"

"Breakfast was nice Bed was rock solid, most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in Room was too hot and couldn’t switch off the heat or turn below 18 Shower pressure was rubbish and either too hot or icy cold EV chargers didn’t work "
