「This hotel has up side and quite a bit down sides. The big up side is the breathtaking view and the perfect staff (Gadjen). The down sides are both the fact that in order to go to Ella you must take a tuktuk. The owner taking advantage of the hotel isolation from the city and chrges unusually expensive rate for breakfast, whuch we were not informed in advance. 2 family breakfast cost as much as a night's stay in the hotel.」

「I was upgraded to a larger room with a great view, which I appreciated. But the manager arranged a driver who took me to a scam-like massage place. It was unsafe and I had to go to the Tourist Police myself to get a full refund. The manager, despite having recommended the driver himself, refused to take responsibility, and his response afterward was far from reassuring. The owner offered a discount the next day but never apologized. I had asked to use the “Pick Me” app, but was pushed to use...

「Pls do not stay here. It is a scam. We gave us rooms that we did not book, in the basement of the motel. The sink had spider webs and termites were crawling on the bathroom counter. Towels were stained, fridge had mold, Mountain View was non existent. The stench was unbearable. Staff were incompetent. 」

「This hotel has a million dollar view! I traveled in the shoulder season, meaning peace, no other guests next to my room so i enjoyed my veranda, seeing the most gorgeous sunrises. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, Sampa will make sure you have a tuk tuk to get you to the town, delicious breakfast and so much kindness. 「Inaccessible property (have to pay extra to a tuk tuk to get in and out) and dated, unclean condition overall. Great views but poor service, lacklustre food and menu, and rooms are old, dirty, with poor beds and mattresses. We had to check out 1 night early to stay somewhere else, it was a poor hotel that is in desperate need updating. Definitely not the experience that we paid for, and it felt like the food menu was over priced too. Finally, a horrific smell of trash from an open rubbish dump...
