「部屋の広さも十分で、アトリウムに面したテラスが非常に良い。 また隣接してレストランがあり、遅い到着で食事の心配があったが、リーズナブルに食事をすることができた スタッフも非常に気さくで良かった。」

「Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others」

「A really good holiday」

「The management of this hotel seem to be under the impression that adding "boutique" to the name is sufficient to give it a veneer of quality. Unfortunately the name is where that veneer abruptly & catastrophically ends. I’ll start with the 1 positive - the staff were all fine – no issues there. The hotel itself is dilapidated and old - water dripping from the ceiling in the bar, signs hanging off walls, carpet that ends 2" short of the wall, but the real joy begins when you go upstairs. 「ホテルの方は大変いい方ばかりです。設備面はエレベータがないことと、トイレやシャワーが室内にないのは不便です。特に鍵を持ってトイレに行くのは清潔感はあるのですが、煩わしいです。あと食事時間、日曜の夜は終了時間が早すぎます。 シャワーの操作盤が高いところにありすぎます。もっと位置を変えないと操作が大変です。室内の棚やシャワー室のタオル掛けなどきちんと止まっていないために物がずり落ちたりします。」

「I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.」
