"FANTASTIC. Food and service were amazing as is the property’s location on the lagoon. Don’t waste your time searching more, these guys were awesome! 100% will be back. "

"Decent for the money, but it’s across the street from a nightclub that even from the farthest away hut you could hear the loud music all the way till 2:00 AM the next morning. Therefore in general I’d probably wouldn’t stay there again even as pretty of a beach view with lake it has."

"Clean room, could use a little love based on being a high end chain hotel. Location was convenient to shopping and food. There is NOT an airport shuttle as offered on Expedia. UBER available, but you can’t schedule the night before. Overall good place to crash before a flight. "

"Love this place . Epic views , jump into cenote Esmeralda right off the dock . Take a boat tour from the friendly staff that operates via the same dock . Sunrise and moonrise over the lake was incredible and worth setting alarms for . A/C worked well and maids cleaned the room sparkly clean . Building is old so there are parts where tiles are loose but that comes with the territory being oldest hotel on the lake. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hard place to leave. I hope to return but we will have to get the private cabin that doesn’t have a drop off the porch as we will be returning with a toddler next trip ."

"Despite it's central location, it's very quiet. Wonderful staff and a comfortable bed, although mine had tiny pillows. Wi-Fi in my room was hit and miss but I was at one end of the building. Would definitely stay again."
