The holiday home Le Coq De Champagne, located in Dormans, offers views of the nearby mountains. The 60 m² property is designed as a semi open space, with sleeping arrangements (queen-size bed and sofa bed) gathered in a large room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as books and games. This holiday rental also features a private outdoor area under a 30 m² veranda, a garden, and a covered parking space.



From November 1st to March 15th, a premium jacuzzi with powerful hydrojets will be set up under the veranda, available for an extra fee. A plancha is provided for your outdoor meals under the veranda.



Nearby, you will find a tennis court, a golf course, and kayaking activities about 15 minutes from the property. Hiking trails start directly at the exit of the property. The Marne riverbanks, known for fishing, are accessible within 5 minutes by car. The house, situated on a hill, offers a panoramic view ideal for enjoying nature and tranquility. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. An automatic check-in system facilitates your arrival. A shuttle service to the train station is available for an additional fee.

J'avais loué cette maison dans le cadre de mon travail. Proximité de la ville 3 minutes en voiture du centre. Très belle maison pratique d'utilisation il y a tout on ne manque de rien très belle terrasse au calme merci aux propriétaires.
