"The house had everything that I needed. It was wonderful that it was pet friendly so I could bring my dog. I loved looking out the back of the property and seeing the cotton fields. And then I could look across the street and see more cotton fields. The owners were so extremely friendly. Amber provided me with a lot of information about the area. She gave me places to go see and places to go eat. I even went to see her farm animals and my dog experienced them for the first time in her life. I got to pick pecans and some cotton. I would most definitely recommend this VRBO to everyone!"

"Amazing off the grid stay. If you’re looking to disconnect, this is it. We were there a short time, but the time was totally worth it. We loved that the host was willing to give us a tour of the farm and learn about the history and their “why”. Yes, there are bugs…you are on a farm, but overall the house is perfect! Well maintained on the inside. We opted to stay at the house and cook our own food vs going out. We brought our own water and pots/pans, just because we didn’t know what was there. There was a lot already there, but if you’re particular, bring what you feel you “need” to have. The host is extremely responsive too, so you can always just ask what’s there before you come if don’t want to bring a bunch!! We would go back 100%!!!! "

"Was a perfect stay. We didnt bring our four legged friend but were grateful we could. Bed was comfortable, my son slept in the chair (I may need buy one when we get home) Everything was neat and clean as expected. "

" We went down and told assistant about these issues, they didn't do anything , There wasn't another place to stay in this area. Couldn't take a good shower, the shower head was clogged sprayed water everywhere. Water in toilet ran all day and night. Room had very bad odor we went down to Dollar Store and bought Lysol and air fresheners for room. There was a hole under the carpet you tripped in. Found dirty panties in corner. Won't go back."

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our anniversary and it was perfect. Elaine and her family have worked hard to make this a truly special place. The property and amenities are majestic and the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed out late watching the stars in the hot tub, what a treat! We too are VRBO hosts and as a host, Elaine does a fantastic job!! Well above what most hosts do! Thank you Elaine! We'd absolutely love to come back!"
