Thank You!! 」

「Nice property-huge parking lot」

「The room was large and the staff were kind. There are no shops nearby, but it's quiet.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at KK Sapa Hotel! Our room was incredible, featuring a stunning, unobstructed mountain view that made waking up every single morning a treat. The service here is next level. A massive shoutout to Kevin, who went above and beyond to help us out—even on his day off, he was responsive and happy to answer all our questions via WhatsApp. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet has a huge, delicious variety with plenty of options to choose from. We even...

「This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...

「The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea」

「I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.」
