"We had a great stay overall. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a twin room to a family room, which gave us plenty of extra space and was much appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was modern, tidy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The only small criticism is that the room could have been a little cleaner, as there were a few cobwebs around the windows. It wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our stay, but it's something that could easily be improved. Overall, we had a positive experience and would happily stay here again."

"A short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the main shopping area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. Check out time was a bonus"

"Super location right next to the train station , the door from the station direct into the hotel is very handy! Have stayed at the Queens Hotel twice now and cant fault anything - staff are really helpful in person and on the phone , and the rooms are a very good size. Beds are super comfy with lovely linens. I would definitely stay again as the rates are reasonable for the location right in City Square near the town centre."

"We got to the hotel at about 19:00 on Friday found a space in the car park easily and used the lift to reception. Check in was and quick and easy. We were on the fourth floor the room was lovely very clean and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast each morning, there was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very polite and friendly . On a whole we had a very pleasant stay at the Clayton hotel leeds"

"I think the value for money was excellent. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The only complaint with the room was the lighting being too dark, albeit a very modern lighting setup. However, I have to state as someone allergic to Gluten, the hotel and restaurant have absolutely ZERO ability to deal with this and therefore neither dinner nor breakfast was an option."

"We booked in hotel staff where fantastic I had car issue and they where supportive my mum has mobility issues and again supportive with the shower and bed from gym to house keeping and resption staff and restaurant staff again amazing and even swimming staff helped my mum for swimming amazing night thank you"
