"The check-in process was very complicated. There was an additional per-guest charge on top of the total booking fee, and access was not granted unless it was paid. Overall, the stay was average. There were no services available for long stays—we had to dispose of the trash ourselves every day. There was also no breakfast or dining facility on site."

"This bunk bed unit is great for family! Bottom beds are convenient with plenty of lights and room light controls. (Would like to recommend adding a little more lights for the top bunks though.) Bathroom is clean and without mold like other okder hotels. Location is close to all the shopping, subway and amenities. Walked to Lawson at night and felt safe on the street."

"家族旅行での滞在において、広くて快適なホテルでした。チェックインは無人でしたが、事前に送られてきたメールから情報入力を済ませておいたので、すぐにチェックインが出来ました。近くに本館があるようで、困ったら近くのホテルのスタッフがサポートしてくれるようで安心ですね。 ホテルの部屋は一般的なホテルではなく、まるで家に泊まっているかのような広さと便利な設備があり、ベッドの枕元には十分な電源がありました。風呂とトイレも別で、浴室乾燥機能があるのはありがたいですね。子供の服も洗濯してすぐに乾燥できたのはとても便利でした。 近くにはコンビニやマクドナルドもあり、食事には困りませんでした。難波まで少し歩きますが、それまでの商店街がサブカルチャーの店も多く、その店を見るのを楽しみながら歩いているとあっという間でした。 まあ大阪に旅行する際は是非利用したいと思います。"

"酒店雖然與車站有一段距離，但沿路有食肆亦有便利店，早上走進魚市場亦很便利。酒店設施新淨，只是不明白隔同層退房後的床單被鋪垃圾，放在門口一段時間亦每日有清理，有點阻礙出入。但整體酒店房間乾淨清潔度很好。"
