「The property was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed! The decor was dated (80s), the towels were pretty worn, the outside property could use some TLC (to make it more inviting), and the twin beds were uncomfortable. But to me, the cleanliness was the most important! Thanks!」

「Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!」

「We had a great stay. Just as advertised. It was a little chilly and we enjoyed the fireplace and the ample wood supply. The house was also supplied with all the necessities. The back deck was great. 」
